What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of fulfillment, for store credit only. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
All items using 30% off discount codes are Final Sale.
Exchanges & Returns
We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Returns are for store credit ONLY! Mail in returns will incur a 6 shipping label fee, that will be deducted from your store credit.
We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders. International orders that are returned will be for store credit only.
For transparency: Store Credit is processed for the item cost only. The initial shipping fee is not reimbursed.
If any returns do not meet the requirements listed above, our amazing customer service team will contact you via email or phone. For any questions, please contact [email protected].
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order. We ask that you please include photos of any damage to expedite the process. We do our very best to accurately depict the correct colors of our product but colors may vary due to photography lenses and lighting. These situations do not qualify for defects but you most certainly can still return them.
