Giving low score for the horrible customer service from this seller. Received stools on 9/24 there was a piece missing. Still waiting it's 10/8. Tried to go thru seller no luck. Was made to jump through unnecessary hoops. Ended up calling manufacturer and they are the ones that fixed the problem. Customer service at with the manufacturer was awesome.. STOOLS are great. I would buy again just from a different vendor. Store123 is not a company I would do business with. Find the stools somewhere else and buy them. I love the 3 I purchased.Don't be fooled by the color of this product in the picture. I ordered 3 of these stools and was expecting the color in the picture. The stools are very, very "red". They are nothing like what is shown. When I tried to return them for a different product, the company tried to charge me a 50% "restocking fee". They were very unhelpful and unsympathetic to my situation. I will give them credit for one thing...at least they were responsive. I ended up paying to have the stools refinished. It was cheaper than the $300 they wanted me to pay to restock them.Well made, wide seat, very sturdy. Easy to put together, great quality at a decent price.I am very happy with these stools. They were easy to build, look great (as pictured), are very sturdy, and extremely comfortable. The seat is large which is what I was looking for. I can sit comfortably with my legs in front of me or with one leg bent and on the chair (half indian style). The back is great when I just want to sit back and relax at the kitchen bar.Ordered 2 and love them. Seat is a bit larger than we anticipated, but happy with the purchase because we think it’s makes them sturdier and more comfortable!This bar stool is really beautiful. They are large and comfy. Bought as a gift to brother and he really likes.I actually bought two of these from Walmart.com and they are beautiful!! Exactly as pictured!
