This has been a great help to my moms recovery but we had to make shift this to fit on the bed.The bed that she is renting seems to be a normal size hospital bed as far as I know ( I do not have much experience in hospital beds)I was able to rig it up so that it will work without ruining it. But it definitely should say that it doesn't fit all typed of hospital beds.Still a good product though.!!
